Income: Active & Passive

In my adulting journey,

there are two things I learned

concerning about income.

You might have already heard it or seen these terms, but didn’t care much about it.

Now is the right time to think about your future.

If you are now earning or just started earning, might as well know these two golden rules about income.

Let’s start!

Active Income is as simple as

“No Work, No Pay” concept

Of course, as you take some leave, there are some benefits/ incentives you’ll be getting from.

However, these are just limited and will only depend on your job position or how long have you stayed in that company.

But as you leave work,

That will be the end of your source of income!

Now,

You start to think of other ways on how to maximize your earning potential.

That’s when Passive Income comes in!

this is the “No Work, But with Earn” concept

How is that possible? How can that be?

It goes this way,

If you are not a celebrity or professional and just an ordinary employee who earns a little, you might want to start a small business of your own.

In that way, even though you take some leave, as long as there are trusted people in your business, you will always get to have a passive income no matter what.

But this is both a good/bad news for you

because…

this is not applicable to everyone. For some it works, but for many it didn’t.

This is only a suggestion if you feel like quitting a job or feel like you still need more to either support your family or your personal needs.

Whatever it may be, money is a way for us to live!

So stop babbling and being hypocrite that we-dont-need-money!

Whether we want money or not, still money is a necessity in our life.

So have you learned something?
