Coffee: Sip, Not Drink!

Whenever I really have a busy schedule, I always fail to at least enjoy my coffee.

Are you also like me?

That whenever I failed to enjoy my coffee, that’s when I realized that my life is now completely different compare before.

I have realized that the more I age, the more my life gets hectic.

But always know that you are in control of your own self.

Don’t be a slave to your personal and other obligations.

Try to have a break at least once a week.

Just like in giving yourself a cheat day, that won’t make you fat right away.

A day of break won’t hurt you.

Besides, there’s a lot of stuff to do both at home & work.

Bare in mind that…

Obligations are endless.

No matter what we do and no matter where we are.

But before doing so, your main obligation is…

Yourself

How can you perform a job or a task, if you no longer feeling well.

In a sense that…

You are now feeling toxic about the things that you do.

Being in a hiatus only signifies that you want to better yourself, not only to take a rest.

That’s why, each time I take a day off, I manage not to rush my coffee.

But to savor every sip of it.

And while I’m having a one day break, I manage to read a lot of books or at least binge some movies.

You see, if you are also a blogger, you have to always come up with fresh ideas.

Nobody wants to hear or read something over and over again.

So, if you were given a chance to take a short break, grab it!

Why?

Because not everyday you are entitled to do so.

There are seasons where our schedule is already fixed.

And you can hardly not come to work if your tasks need to be urgent.

So as long as there are spots given to you to take some rest, stop thinking and get it!

After all, it’s not like we’ll be a away for a couple of days or a week.

How about you?

How often do you get to have a break in a week or month?

And when do you enjoy your coffee the most?
