Manager’s Duties

So…

Instead of blaming customers’ ignorance,

Be approachable enough.

And

Always be ready to accommodate them.

Sadly,

That’s something my staff need to be working on.

And I am here to help. 😉

They are not bad people, after all.

They just lack some sort of knowledge.

And so,

They are sending a wrong feedback towards our customers.
