Ever heard of this saying? “Doing Nothing Often Leads To the Very Best of Something”

Hello Fellas, I got this from the 2018 film Christopher Robin. It is just nice to know that such simple saying can create an impact to everyone’s life. It may sound cliché, but honestly it is often neglected by many even myself.

Growing up, I realized how hard it is to balance work, family, relationship and everything in between. Whatever you prioritize, there is this thing called a sense of gratitude. You’ve read it correctly! Admit it, we cannot survive every life’s struggle with no one to lean on and thus, we also cannot just leave them behind after all the care and understanding they have given to us.

Say for example, at work, I am pretty sure that most of us in general will not be able to surpass the hardships of extreme labor without any support system coming from our colleagues or loved ones. What we have achieved and what will be receiving in life is also their achievement for there is really no such thing as being alone for life. You may not have a family but I guess, everyone has that someone in our lives to help us get through it. It may not be by blood, but the connection or support system is there. Not just humans alone, but can also be your pet or plant you used to do a pep talk with. It’s quite weird, but though they are not responding exactly as humans, they are also alive and may somehow help you cope with reality.

Why am I sharing about this stuff?

Simply because I want everyone to remember that having a break doesn’t actually mean doing nothing, but rather creating a way to reconnect with your loved ones or someone who also needs your attention or support. Please do thank them and remind them how blessed you are to have them in your life. It may just be a simple gesture of love, but even small things can rekindle connection or friendship. We humans are wired to communicate and it won’t hurt our lives spending it for someone that also deserves it.

Try to observe your surroundings, maybe you need to water your plant or remove the dirt/dead leaves from them. Maybe your dog/cat needs a haircut or a bath. Or simply need a walk and play with them from time to time. You may also need some time alone to reflect or repent for your shortcomings. This may also be a chance for you to fix your stuff at home. Now, take this opportunity for the betterment of yourself. You might set a date for your loved ones or to whoever you ever wanted to express gratitude with, but failed to do so because of so much stuff on your plate.

Furthermore, also make a habit to cut your routine every once in awhile for there is so much thing in life and that is their presence. Do yourself a favor, make a call to your parents in case there has been an argument that hasn’t been able to solve. Ask for a vacation/sick leave in case your body is telling you to rest or might need a checkup. You may also request for a meetup with someone in case you want to ask for forgiveness. Reconciliation or closure is also a good thing ’cause you are freeing yourself from a heavy heart and hopefully, that will also go the same way for him /her.

In this time of pandemic, that does not mean we are constrained to do something about it. Nothing is ever limited to those who are willing enough to make time for those things you have failed doing so and is now willing to make amends.

On that note, doing nothing often leads to the very best of something because you are taking your time to redirect yourself; to correct what you have done wrong in your life; to appreciate their existence and worth. And most importantly, to realize God’s mercy that in everything we do, He is just there next to us who is always ready to extend his hands whenever we feel like quitting or giving up.

I hope I made you smile today and whatever you may be struggling, we got your back! Kindly leave us a comment below in case you need to voice out something or just want to give a feedback about this post.

Thank you so much for reading my blog post, RT Peeps! God bless and please don’t forget to practice the New Normal Guidelines in this trying time. Keep safe and good luck to do some catch up. 🙂

Why Would You Need To Expect Less?

Featured Image: Pinterest

Nowadays, people are so used to expect a lot from others; from their ambitions; from their status in life and so on and so forth.

Yet, they failed to embrace uncertainties for they already pictured what being successful should look like.

As a result of that, they tried to do more than what is expected them to do. But doing more without a pause or a break will only cause you to feel burnout. So my advice is to not conclude that what did not work for you does not equate to not doing your best. God is simply redirecting you to what you truly deserve.

Have a leap of faith and take one step at a time.

It’s Not About The Price Tag

Featured Image: Iconfinder

Though the price is a big factor for it determines the quality of a certain thing, yet at the end of the day…still it is the effort that counts!

Whether it’s a bag, a pair of shoes, a V-neck T-shirt, a jewelry, and the like, there’s no better feeling of having people who extend their hands just to let you know that you are important to them.

I am not saying, you should be more open to accept any kinds of gift, most especially to strangers…for it is not a hundred percent safe! What I am just saying is, to at least learn to appreciate them. I know, some gifts may be cheaper, but it also gives you the same feeling just like any other gifts. And that is, being able to put a smile on your face.

I remember, whenever I receive a gift from people, I often remind myself that I should be more thankful to them for they spare some of their money just to make me happy.

They shared their blessings to us, so why can’t we have an eye that is accepting enough to give value even to those that are cheaper.

And lastly, why can’t we have an eye that sees the real value of sharing?

I guess, all it takes is to get to know the person well before giving a gift.

Simply because, some women prefer a unisex stuff like a plain T-shirt in a camouflage jeans. And some are way too girly, like wearing a pink little dress in a cute dolly shoes.

So I guess, people will appreciate it more if you at least match it with their personality. 💗

That’s why, the ultimate secret in making a person happy is not really about the price tag, but (again) the effort in choosing and getting the right stuff for them.

You know what, few months ago, I remember having a difficulty on what to give on my parents’ birthday for they almost have everything. So, why would I still need to make an effort. Right?

But I came to realize that regardless of life’s status, people are all the same. For they never fail to smile whenever they are rewarded with any kinds of gift, most especially if it can be a great help for them.

How about you? Do you think more of what kind of gift a person deserves to receive or just for the sake of showing off that you have loads of money on your pocket?

Feel free to listen to Jessie J’s song, “Price Tag“. That was already an old song, but it is still a gold for me. Anyway, the song tells us that money can’t really buy happiness. Only for a short period of time.

And that’s it! Please share your thoughts with us and let’s spread kindness to each and everyone. Thank you, RT Peeps for reading my lengthy post. God bless!

Life is a Journey. Not a Marathon.

When I started blogging, I thought it was easier to earn cash for you could do it without spending much time.

But I have come to realize that for you to monetize your blog, you have to build a community. You have to earn their trust first. You have to crawl as hard as possible and not to walk fast. ‘Cause again, life is a journey…a continuous progess to make. And not a marathon that just because you have something to say, you can post it right away.

Blogging takes time, takes effort for it to grow. So, if you are in a situation where in, you really don’t know what’s going on in your life, might as well take a break.

I guess, this is one of the short blog posts that I will be sharing with you all. But I hope you get something from it.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. God bless!

Hello, Fellas! Why Don’t You Groom & Groove?

Featured Image: Pexels

Let’s break some serious discussions here on my blog and make it more enjoyable.

Groom is a term I use for pampering yourself.

I don’t care if it is about getting yourself a haircut,

Getting your nails done.

Or

Even changing the way you dress.

We all need that.

It’s not about being high maintenance.

But, it is also important that we take care of ourselves.

‘Cause if we cannot do it…

Then,

How can we expect others to love and have some respect to us?

The next one is,

Get yourself into the groove.

I don’t care if it is about modern or traditional dance.

Keep your body movin’!

I just want you to groove.

You can dance or swing yourself into the air.

You can jump, run and listen to your fave song playlist.

I just want you to know that maybe you are becoming hard on yourself.

Loosen up a bit and you’ll feel lighter and happier.

Here’s the funny truth!

When I was in college,

I badly want to try pole workout with a little bit of dancing, ’cause I am not really a good dancer.

I just want to try some new stuff.

I also want to change the mindset of people that pole workout or pole dancing isn’t meant for prostitution or sexual pleasure alone.

But it can strengthen your core as well!

As you climb as high as you can,

You’ll feel a sense of…

Freedom

That you don’t need any validation from others.

You can always choose to be happy and let the world know that you can be anything.

And as long as you have a complete respect to yourself and to others…

There is no reason for you to stop and get the kind of happiness you truly deserve.

Am I correct?

Please comment below and share it with us,

What are the things you usually do to pamper yourself?

And

What makes your body get into the groove?

It could simply be…

You won an award.

You want to destress.

Or

You just badly want to kill time.

Whatever that is,

Sharing is such a nice thing.

So, don’t be shy! ☺

This is something we don’t usually do, most especially when our mind is always occupied with a lot of things.

Sometimes Giving Up Works Like A Charm

Featured Image: Pinterest

It has been said that those who quit are losers.

Well,

Depending on the situation.

If you’ve done everything, yet it still did not work, might as well give up and come back once you have regained your energy to try again.

Or

You can startanew with anything else to try with.

After all,

Life is all about uncertainties.

So,

Why cage yourself to only one dream?

Tragic Death

Aside from crimes we have today,

I consider this as a “tragic death”.

Not being able to do what your heart’s desire.

Deeper Thoughts About Expiration

Meanwhile, when I was eating a piece of chocolate, out of the blue…

The word “expiration” comes to mind.

And so I begun to reflect on that matter.
