Sometimes Giving Up Works Like A Charm

Featured Image: Pinterest

It has been said that those who quit are losers.

Well,

Depending on the situation.

If you’ve done everything, yet it still did not work, might as well give up and come back once you have regained your energy to try again.

Or

You can startanew with anything else to try with.

After all,

Life is all about uncertainties.

So,

Why cage yourself to only one dream?

Labor & Reward

Featured Image: From This Website

I have this kind of habit that whenever I achieved something, I need to reward myself.

It doesn’t have to be grand.

It can be a small celebration for an accomplished work.

Say for example, I was able to finish my work despite my tight schedule.

After work, I’ll probably eat some popcorn while watching a film of my choice.

Other times, I’ll go straight to our hotel just to reward myself with a shake and will have some light dinner.

After that, I’ll proceed to our pool area and I’ll be swimming in the adult pool.

If I feel lazy to go out, I’ll just read a book ’til I get sleepy.

Why am I habitually rewarding myself?

The logic is simple.

A work with no diversion is such a pain.

But if you were able to at least grab yourself a coffee and a nice set of music playing, I guess you’ll survive the day.

That’s how I motivate myself.

Rewards can also be given on or before work and after work.

The choice is yours.

But the buttom line of this is that…

Every labor should come with a price or a reward.

You see, working for long hours is no joke.

Not only that it is labor-intensive, but it is also exhausting.

So I guess, there’s nothing wrong to breathe some fresh air and take a couple of minutes break.

So for you, how do you reward yourself every time you accomplish something?

Rest In The Lord

I know, the competition in the field of blogging is quite depressing, but try not to be.

For God is offering his loving arms to console you.

Whatever you may be going through, I know that anytime of the day, you can always rest in the loving arms of the Lord.

God never fails to give me that unexplainable energy every single day.

How about you?

Who is your ultimate source of strength?

Anyone here who’s feeling empty right now?

Featured Image: From This Website

This is what we mostly get when we get stucked in one page and cannot think of something to write about.

Is it really empty or you already have some stuff in mind.

However, you don’t feel like writing it down ’cause the impact was just too shallow.

Of course, we’ve always wanted to have a strong remark for every end of our blog post.

Isn’t it true?

But afraid not, ’cause we are all just humans.

Even the best writers in the world still need to take some break to freshen up a bit.

So again, is it really empty or not?

Comment below and share with us how did you manage to create a blog post despite feeling low, empty, unmotivated and distracted.

T-Sign

I had been blogging for more than 2 weeks straight now and I feel so exhausted.

It’s not that, I no longer enjoy my new kind of job that I currently have.

I just badly need a T-sign in my life.

Do know what that is?

That’s simply a…

Timeout!

Giving yourself a break doesn’t mean you are quitting, but rather you want to restore more energy.

So that, on that next day you can now continue with your project (blogging).

Through blogging, I felt like I was back to being a student again.

I imagined myself as being the student and my readers are my teachers.

In some ways,

They taught me different things.

  • The Art of Ignoring

Well guess what, we also did it. Right?

We are tired and exhausted from work, so we just scroll up & down to check what’s new on our feed.

Out of boredom, we kept on viewing without even liking or commenting.

We are just not in the mood to write it down in the comment section.

  • The Art of Liking

This is for the people who are also busy, but want to show some appreciation to your work. So they gave you lots of like, which for me wasn’t bad at all.

  • The Art of Commenting

Finally, I received some people who really took their time in giving some feedback of what I post.

All of them made an impact to my life, just in different ways.

They taught me how to be patient and positive.

But most of all, to be determined!

How about you?

What lessons have you gained from them?
