Do you have this kind of behavior?

The reason why I shop a lot is not because I have more money to spend for, but this is something that I can make it happen!

I am not saying nor encouraging every one of you to buy something that will not benefit you in the long run. But rather, I’m trying to tell you something to buy the things that can make you happy; that can at least compensate you to things that are not possible to happen as of the moment.

Moreover, I shop a lot whenever I am at my lowest, ’cause I have this strong belief that by simply rewarding yourself…that will give you comfort; will remind you of how worthy you are; and will help you accept the fact that it is okay to not feel okay.

In short, I find it therapeutic for me ’cause there is something good to look forward to.

And I bet, everyone loves that kind of feeling, too.

You see, when everything is dull, boring or monotonous, at least you get to see new things at home and get to try some other stuff while choosing to stay at home to be safe and covid-free!

Again, I do not buy something all for nothing. But rather I buy in order to gain something and that creates a difference from a naive to a smart shopper.

How about you? What’s your story? Please share it below. Gracias!

It’s Not About The Price Tag

Though the price is a big factor for it determines the quality of a certain thing, yet at the end of the day…still it is the effort that counts!

Whether it’s a bag, a pair of shoes, a V-neck T-shirt, a jewelry, and the like, there’s no better feeling of having people who extend their hands just to let you know that you are important to them.

I am not saying, you should be more open to accept any kinds of gift, most especially to strangers…for it is not a hundred percent safe! What I am just saying is, to at least learn to appreciate them. I know, some gifts may be cheaper, but it also gives you the same feeling just like any other gifts. And that is, being able to put a smile on your face.

I remember, whenever I receive a gift from people, I often remind myself that I should be more thankful to them for they spare some of their money just to make me happy.

They shared their blessings to us, so why can’t we have an eye that is accepting enough to give value even to those that are cheaper.

And lastly, why can’t we have an eye that sees the real value of sharing?

I guess, all it takes is to get to know the person well before giving a gift.

Simply because, some women prefer a unisex stuff like a plain T-shirt in a camouflage jeans. And some are way too girly, like wearing a pink little dress in a cute dolly shoes.

So I guess, people will appreciate it more if you at least match it with their personality. 💗

That’s why, the ultimate secret in making a person happy is not really about the price tag, but (again) the effort in choosing and getting the right stuff for them.

You know what, few months ago, I remember having a difficulty on what to give on my parents’ birthday for they almost have everything. So, why would I still need to make an effort. Right?

But I came to realize that regardless of life’s status, people are all the same. For they never fail to smile whenever they are rewarded with any kinds of gift, most especially if it can be a great help for them.

How about you? Do you think more of what kind of gift a person deserves to receive or just for the sake of showing off that you have loads of money on your pocket?

Feel free to listen to Jessie J’s song, “Price Tag“. That was already an old song, but it is still a gold for me. Anyway, the song tells us that money can’t really buy happiness. Only for a short period of time.

And that’s it! Please share your thoughts with us and let’s spread kindness to each and everyone. Thank you, RT Peeps for reading my lengthy post. God bless!
