Is there anyone here in this world who haven’t experienced repetition?

Nah, we all do.

So how do we react to it?

Sad?

Angry?

Exhausted?

Tired?

Unmotivated?

Undetermined?

Whatever you may be feeling right now, it’s fine. Everyone gets to experience this every single day.

Going to school

Going to work

Eat. Drink. Sleep.

And so on and so forth.

It’s kinda boring when every event in our lives are becoming monotonous.

So what are the things you can do to atleast alleviate your boredom?

I have good news for you!

Everyone gets bored, but there are a lot of easy steps you can do about it and it costs nothing.

Let’s begin!

Look for a beautiful distraction

It could be a form of exercise for both of your brain and body

To challenge and entertain your brain:

You can read books and challenge yourself to get to know unfamiliar words

You can either read books that gives a sense of hope, purpose, and enlightenment.

You can also read books that are fun and easy to read – no intensive thinking needed

To challenge and relax your body:

You can try to do yoga which helps you to meditate and clear your mind

You can do swimming which has less prone injury compare to going to gym

Or

You can simply do all the chores, no need for you to go out if you are an absolute introvert

and

can somehow indulge yourself in watching movies and tv shows after that chore.

What do you think about that? 😉

There are a lot of stuffs you can do which do not require extra cost.

Repetition is totally inevitable and we cannot change that. What we could only change is how we react to it and interpret why things are happening that way.

Repetition also programs us to be disciplined. It requires us to have a solid dedication to what we are doing.

What is this for?

Is this really a kind of punishment?

Or

Are we really the ones becoming a slave to ourselves?

The truth is,

There’s always a choice to everthing we do.

We could take a break and do it some other time.

We can say “No” if we feel like we are already abusing our mind & body.

We can refuse anytime!

Keep in mind that…

Decision is a choice and so is repetition.
