With A Grain Of Salt

Have you ever got annoyed when someone takes something literal?

That their level of understanding is far from you?

As a result of that,

You were always misunderstood by your staff and coworkers.

Well, no worries ’cause it is not your problem.

As much as I don’t want to sound offensive to anyone…

Admit it or not

There are some people who has low I.Q or Intelligence Quotient.

And we have to respect that.

The least thing that we could ever do is to…

Accept others’ weaknesses.

Rather than rasing your expectation to be like you.

Manager’s Duties

Being their manager, I have to hear both sides.

But regardless of situation,

A customer will always be a customer.

And my task is to teach my staff to build a good customer relationship.

The only problem with them is that,

I need to regularly orient them.

For they are not knowledgeable enough to handle certain situation.

You see,

Eyes speak more than what actions could do.

The customer could honestly sense if you are venting an anger on them just because you are dealing with something else.

And that has never been a valid reason.

I even told their supervisor that they need to understand,

The concept of “feelings for feelings“.

Labor & Reward

Featured Image: From This Website

I have this kind of habit that whenever I achieved something, I need to reward myself.

It doesn’t have to be grand.

It can be a small celebration for an accomplished work.

Say for example, I was able to finish my work despite my tight schedule.

After work, I’ll probably eat some popcorn while watching a film of my choice.

Other times, I’ll go straight to our hotel just to reward myself with a shake and will have some light dinner.

After that, I’ll proceed to our pool area and I’ll be swimming in the adult pool.

If I feel lazy to go out, I’ll just read a book ’til I get sleepy.

Why am I habitually rewarding myself?

The logic is simple.

A work with no diversion is such a pain.

But if you were able to at least grab yourself a coffee and a nice set of music playing, I guess you’ll survive the day.

That’s how I motivate myself.

Rewards can also be given on or before work and after work.

The choice is yours.

But the buttom line of this is that…

Every labor should come with a price or a reward.

You see, working for long hours is no joke.

Not only that it is labor-intensive, but it is also exhausting.

So I guess, there’s nothing wrong to breathe some fresh air and take a couple of minutes break.

So for you, how do you reward yourself every time you accomplish something?

Cannot Sleep Due to Mental Diarrhea

Featured Image: From This Website

This usually happens when I cannot stop writing.

Our brain is so active and alive to the point that you cannot think of sleeping in desperation to write something nice.

I honestly, could write as many topics as I could.

However, I also would like to add more depth in each of my topic.

I want more quality and not just quantity alone.

That is why, I don’t publish it right away. I set a schedule for every of my blog post so I could have some ample time to do some research.

But along the way, I have realized that the best learning that you can ever share to all the readers out there is more on the output-based where in, you get to experience it firsthand.

That is something that you don’t learn from the book or even on the internet, but rather you learned it from the heart, from the experience you have gone through.

To tell you honestly, while I was writing this blog post, I just searched something and in just a few seconds, it’s gone.

Auto saved didn’t work again this time.

But no worries, ’cause I don’t have a ghost writer. 😆

That is just the advantage when you are really the writer of this blog.

You can write it down again this instant. Though, I am still frustrated that some of it, I can hardly even recall the exact words.

So lesson learned guys, don’t rely to an auto saved feature. Save it first if you feel like opening some other apps.

By the way, I have no sleep yet. Maybe I’ll just take a nap before I go to work. Lol.

The good thing is that, I had a deep sleep in the afternoon, so I still have the energy to write as much as I could.

Well, good morning & good night, guys!

By the way this is a scheduled blog post, but the real time I’ve finished this blog post is, 2:00 am sharp. 😂

I hope you enjoy every blog post that I published and please give me a comment if there’s a need to add something on my blog.

I am open for any suggestions, so as long as it is possible with my schedule. 😅

Gracias! 💛

Not Heir, But Hire Myself to Something Great!

Featured Image: From This Website

No matter what happens, I could survive ’cause since day 1, I already planted on my mind that I am not up for my family’s wealth.

I am up to something bigger and brighter.

Something that I am proud to claim it!

Simply because I created a name for myself and not just to live in the shadows of my parents.

I created this blog post to raise an awareness to everyone and to serve this as an eye opener that regardless of status in life, everyone can dream big.

No one is stopping me from achieving my dream just because I grew up from a weathy family.

I want to prove them wrong.

I want to let the world know that, wishing something with no action is just merely a dream.

But a dream with consistent hard work, that is not just going to happen, but everything will become possible so long as you never stop aiming for that goal.

25 is no longer a young age.

The big change is about to happen and while waiting, I am enjoying the moment as a manager and a blogger at the same time.

How about you?

How do you want to change the mindset of people around you, that you also have bigger dreams and owning your parents wealth is actually not counted.

It’s just freely given by family’s tradition.

Comment below, if you also experienced the same thing.

Gracias! 😉

HOW SYSTEMATIC ARE YOU?

Featured Image: From This Website

I always like to work systematically, for I am able to finish my work ahead of time.

Being organized truly helps! Most especially, if you really have a tight schedule.

By being organized helps you find your needed stuff in no time.

That is why, I often got irritated when someone cannot even maintain an organized working area.

I find it not just an unhealthy habit, but you somehow indirectly showing it to others of how completely unprofessional you are.

Being organized is like telling everyone that you are well-disciplined about yourself.

Apart from that, when everything else is messy, you can hardly stay focus ’cause it distracts you to a lot of things.

So how about you?

How systematic are you?

By the way, being systematic doesn’t have to be at work alone. But it would be so much better if you can apply it in all aspects of life.

Besides, aren’t you happy and proud that you can do a small task properly?

Comment below 👇 and share it with us the benefits you get from being systematic and being organized as well.

Gracias! 😉
